The application by Pano's to demolish 1089 Elmwood Ave. came before the Preservation Board on Thursday Sept. 23, 2004. 

The building is not in a preservation district and the board cannot stop the demolition, but under the demolition law they review all demolition requests and can issue comments to the commissioner. 

The board has the right to hold a public hearing. 

A public meeting will be held at 5:30PM on October 21.
